Located just 20 miles east of Phoenix, Mesa isn’t content to live under its larger neighbor’s shadow. It’s a major aerospace center, and the site of 13 colleges and universities, that 40,000 students attend. Many are veterans, who’ve been a major presence here since the 1940s. For these homegrown heroes, though, getting a shot at the American Dream is tougher without a working vehicle. Donating your unwanted car is one way to make their lives easier. That’s what our organization, Cars Helping Veterans, is all about.
How do we do it? Start with our simple online form, which isn’t too long. We only need basic details about your vehicle, and your contact information. You can also call our toll-free number, if you wish, and give those details to one of our friendly, experienced staffers. He or she will run down the procedure with you, and work out a pickup date that fits your schedule.
There’s no fee, and you don’t need to greet the driver, as long as he has your car keys, and title. You actually do not even need to be there if your schedule is full. The vehicle also does not need to be in running condition. We go out of our way to be accommodating to you as possible, since it is your generosity that makes all of this happen.
